Return & Exchange Policy

At LSXSA Limited, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (the date the carrier marks the order as delivered).

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Submit your request within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Return the product in one complete package with the original order receipt or packing slip.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items shipped and delivered to the same country as the original delivery address.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect are always eligible for return, exchange, or replacement, regardless of the above conditions.

LSXSA Limited reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.

2. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • For non-defective returns (buyer’s remorse) within the 30-day window, return shipping and any applicable import/duty fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, LSXSA Limited will cover all return shipping costs.
  • There are no restocking fees unless explicitly stated.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or other charges arising from international returns are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Return Authorization & How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please contact our support team first. Do not ship returns without prior authorization.

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Photos or video of the product if it arrived defective or damaged

After we confirm eligibility, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide detailed return instructions and the return address.

4. Refund & Exchange Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or initiate an exchange within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.

5. Exchanges

For exchanges, please specify your desired replacement item, size, or color in your return request. If the replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.

7. Notes

  • The 30-day return period starts from the carrier’s delivered status, not the order date.
  • If an order is cancelled due to restricted-region screening or sanctions, we will notify you and issue a full refund within 5 business days.
