What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All payments must be completed at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping to regions under international sanctions is not available.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over $59.99. Orders under $59.99 are charged a flat rate of $12.99.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours are processed the next business day.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package online anytime.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and returned in one package. Customized or Final Sale items are not eligible.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Contact us at help@lsxsa.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a photo if the item is defective. Pack the item securely and ship it to our return address.
When will I receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
